Works may be submitted by composers of any nationality, without any age limit.
Each composer may submit one or more works , each with a duration between 7 and 12 minutes
The works can be submitted if they were not awarded prizes at any other composition competition.
The works sent to this competition must fit one of the following genres and instrumental ensembles categories:
